When International Marine launches a new boat you know it’s going to be something special, in the case of the Caribbean 420 Express, it’s probably the most significant new boat launch ever (apart from hull number 1 back in 1958) as it is taking the company in a totally new direction. The Caribbean 420 Express is the first fully enclosed single level SUV/Sedan style model the company has built, it has also importantly, the highest level of fit and finish ever delivered out of the factory, no small statement after building 60,000 boats and 60 years of operation!

The 420 Express retains the key fundamentals that have seen the brand safely carry over a million Australasian Families and friends in the 60,000 boats built to date and allowing them to enjoy the exceptional water-based lifestyle we are privileged to experience. In addition we are now pleased to offer an exceptional lifting of internal finishes to rival the best of Australasian built products, these finishes include reconstituted stone bench tops to the vanity in the head, designer tap ware to the head and galley, metallic splash backs to the galley and head, textured paneling to the Master cabin and Saloon, contemporary head and hull lining to the Master Cabin and Saloon, Amtico flooring to the head, detailed stitching to all upholstery and much more. In addition and importantly we have retained the key feature of an exceptionally large cockpit, but added a cozy lounge to enjoy some sunshine and added the option of an extended swim platform with S/S rails, to give you another exceptionally large area to enjoy the water based lifestyle!

With a proven exceptional offshore and fuel-efficient hull form, borrowed from the legendary Caribbean 40, there was nothing to change, albeit you will enjoy a bit more speed from the reduction in weight. With the installation of Cummins QSC 500 engines with electronic controls, cruising and berthing is a dream, for those who would like a bit more assistance in close quarters a bow thruster is an option as well.
